“Yeah, you too.”

“Oh jeeze. This is so not cool.” She was thinking the same thing he was. The fastest way to get to the hospital was her motorcycle. “I think it’s time you get a crash course on how to drive a motorcycle.” She said

“Are you sure?” He just didn’t want to crash and end up hurting her or the baby. That’s all he was worried about. “I mean- We can’t really walk there.. I suppose I could try.” He bit at his lip, obviously nervous about all of this.

Soul nodded. “I-I’m sure. We have to hurry.” She swallowed and was still breathing heavily as her hear raced. “Manka I’m scared.” She said, fear clear in her eyes.

“I-I think my water just broke.” She said, very nervous. She held a hand to her stomach and had worry and scared written all over her face. She began to breath quickly and her crimson eyes looked panicky.

….Shit.

Maka gulped, his stomach dropping completely. This was the day. Sweat brewed on his forehead in a thin sheet, his emerald eyes growing wide in shock and worry. “Alright, uhm… We need to get to the hospital.” How they were going to get there, he was still unsure of. They could take Soul’s bike, if Maka knew how to drive it..

Soul had been pretty nervous and as the date grew closer, it got worse. She was still a teenager and was afraid of actually going through with this. She looked to Maka and gave him a weak smile. She knew this had been hard on him as well. Soul felt something weird and it showed on her face. “Manka…” She said worried.

He returned the smile he was given, but it quickly faded into a worry filled frown. “Soul? What’s wrong?” A nervous sensation stung within his chest - was this the date? Or was it just a kick like before and he was just paranoid? He had no idea.

A few months later……

Soul sighed looking down at her stomach, which had grown a lot. She really didn’t feel al that great. The past few months had been interesting, and sucked at the same time. The last couple of weeks she had been skipping classes at the Academy, she also didn’t enjoy the attention being pregnant had brought her.

During the months his partner had been pregnant, he hadn’t really done all that much training in the Academy. He’d attended most of his classes, having to miss a few when Soul hadn’t been feeling well or she had needed to skip a day or two. He’d done some training with his mother, which he’d loathed quite greatly, though she’d been over joyed.

He knew the baby was arriving soon, and that made him nervous and excited all at the same time. Sure, he was excited - this was supposed to be his kid too, after all. He just had no idea how this was all going to affect everything.

Do you know what gender the kids are? And do you have any ideas for names?

“One is a boy and the other is a girl. And no we don’t have any names for them yet. I haven’t really been thinking too much about that.”

This is why this woman is my hero. I freaking love her and was very upset to hear that Softball was taken out of the Olympics. I am dedicated to the game, I’ve been playing fastpitch for who knows how long. This women is…my hero. What else can I say?

Alright bye guys!

“See ya!”
